Any idea how I can persuade our league to drop the 3rd WR & switch to a flex position?

You're better off keeping the 3 WR set rather than switching to the flex. Don't get me wrong, I like the flex position, but when you're in a league with 3 WRs you can bank on pretty much everyone drafting 2 solid WRs right? But if you do your homework and find that diamond in the ruff and stack you team with 3 SOLID WRs...you hold a huge advantage over everyone else. But if you have that flex position hanging out there...some guy with dumb luck who drafted the next highest ranked player in the 14th round could be holding the last olden ticket. I’m just saying…not having the option can sometimes be even more advantageous.
