Blockbuster AP trade?

Hi Guys

Been offered the following by another owner in the same 12 team PPR Dynasty League:

I give up AP plus draft pick 1.03

He gives up: Colston, Donald Brown and picks 1.12, 2.12, 3.12 and 4.12

or:

I give up AP and draft pick 1.03

He gives up: B Marshall, Donald Brown, Kevin Smith

My squad:

Eli, Flacco

AP, Grant, F Jackson, Norwood

Garcon, Britt, Knox, TJHoosh, R E Williams, M Clayton, M Floyd, Camarillo

Cooley Pettigrew

Whilst I have a young group of potential stars at WR I have no true #1. Marshall/Colston would give me one. The 2nd deal involving Marshall is to my mind the most attractive, as I would gain a #1 WR, a solid back-up in Smith although I appreciate he's an injury risk and a good young prospect in Brown.

Or I stick with what I've got and grab the best WR with pick 1.03?

What are your views!?

The 2nd trade is just god awful. Marshall's most likely going to a new team so there's risk there; donald brown's upside looks limited to me; kevin smith: See Kevin Jones' career. i.e. he's useless.

The 1st trade doesn't look very good either although i'm not sure who would be available with some of those draft picks...

ETA: read your other post; if those picks are in the rookie draft, the 1st trade is just as bad as the 2nd.
