I am planning on to start a computer repair business to augment my other stuff. In order to both keep overhead at a minimum and increase the value of my crib I intend on enclosing my carport. It is approximately 350 sq. feet and has a slab and roof. About how much am I looking at to have this thing finished out? I am guessing maybe 3k based upon my previous experiences. If I were to stretch the carport down the edge of the house and pour a new slab and add a roof I would then be enclosing about 8-900 sq feet. I have the smallest house in the subdivision at a shade over 1,100 square feet (yeah its tight with four of us living here). What do you guys think about this project?
