keggerz Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 (edited) My bosses PC has been infected by the Green AV Security Suite and to remove it I want to reboot in safe mode to access SmitFraudFix.exe but I cant get into safe mode.... Running XP PRO and the PC has to be logged in via a password...I keep pressing F8 once it starts to reboot but it keeps going to login screen....there is no time at all when I see the Windows Advanced Boot Options...just the "XP" screen and then black for 2-3 seconds and then the login screen.
