Start 1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF, 1 FLEX (no QB though) Kolb, Kevin PHI QB Smith, Alex SFO QB Bradshaw, Ahmad NYG RB Foster, Arian HOU RB Gore, Frank SFO RB Thomas, Pierre NOS RB Gaffney, Jabar DEN WR Maclin, Jeremy PHI WR Moss, Santana WAS WR Wallace, Mike PIT WR Celek, Brent PHI TE Daniels, Owen HOU TE (P) Gates, Antonio SDC TE Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK Saints, New Orleans NOS Def Obviously, I need WR help. I have been offered Big Ben for Owen Daniels. My thought process, do the trade, drop Alex Smith, pickup Vincent Jackson (then I will waste 2 of 5 reserve spots on suspended players). I keep reading that Owen Daniels is a few weeks away from being in football shape, so I figured as trade bait I would have to hold him for 2-3 weeks and that would leave me no room for waiver wire adjustments since we only have 5 reserve spots. I am not 100% sold on Kolb (or Alex Smith) and this is a QB heavy league, and Big Ben has been pretty consistent so I figure I would stash Big Ben on my roster, drop Alex Smith and acquire Vincent Jackson and hope he becomes a WR1-2. Had I not done this, I wouldn't be able to stash VJax or even get another player until I traded Owen Daniels. A little roll of the dice strategy, but I went ahead and did it.
