Start Hightower as 'Flex option' over 3rd WR?

Looks like Beanie is game time decision, and at best, would be limited.

 

Right now, got:

 

Vick

Benson

Matthews

Desean Jackson

Steve Smith/Giants

 

We can start 3 backs, if need be.

 

can go with Hightower at Atlanta or one of the following wide receivers

 

Bowe vs Cleveland

Ward vs Titans

Floyd vs Jacksonville

 

Or with Giants looking to Run Sunday night, do I take Smith out, put in Hightower and possibly Bowe or Ward?

I would likely plug in Hightower - but both Bowe & Ward could have very big games (Ward fer sure if Big Ben was throwing - but even still). RBs - particulary ones that will pretty much be the #1 exclusive guy - and I think Hightower will likely be this week - are always a safer bet - you'll likely get something. Atl run D seems pretty good this year though - and I'm also not sold on a D Anderson led O just yet. I'd probably play Hightower but Bowe in particular and possibly Ward as well will have bigger upsides - so how much of a gambler are you?

may put in Steve Smith/Giants. Even though the Giants should run, think Eli will go to a possession receiver too...

I'd rather have Hightower in than Steve Smith (NYG)....in non PPR it's going to be hard for me to see a scenario where I start a middle tier WR over a middle tier starting RB...I assume that Beanie even if he plays will be very limited
