Hightower, J. Charles, or M. Tolbert

I'm trying to figure out who to start along with Michael Turner. Hightower has the best matchup by far against a bad Oakland run D, but Wells may return. I'm thinking that, even with Wells' return, Hightower is still my best option.

 

Charles is explosive as all get-out, but he loses too many carries to Jones in KC and they're going against a stout San Fran run D.

 

Tolbert also is going a highly ranked run D.

 

Do you concur that I should start Hightower as my RB2?

I like TH this week even with Wells because even if Wells rushes for 150 yards against a horrid Raider D, TH should still get decent opportunties but I think Tolbert is the safer bet. He will get several touches plus GL carries.

 

Wells might take the GL carries but it also depends on how well his knee is today. If Wells is limited in practice today, Hightower might be the best option.

Hightower is the best option this week. It will take Well's a couple of weeks to get back to full speed and the coaches usually don't just throw a player back into the game as a featured back after an injury. Just my thoughts. Good luck.
