ParLawGod
Long story short, I am in one league where I am loaded with good players (I've never been in a league with these people before so I didn't know this would happen). I've also been very active on the waiver wire too, which has helped me out as well. Not a boring league though, because there are still a couple other teams that are good competition and have been scoring almost as many points. Problem: PIT has a bye this week and I need to pick up a defense...not sure who to drop? QB: Brady/Orton WR: White/Nicks/Austin/Lloyd RB: Turner/Rice/Mendenhall/Hillis/Moreno TE: Gates/Keller K: Kaeding DEF: PIT See my problem (I suppose it's a good problem though). It should probably be a RB (start 2, no flex), so I need to decide between Hillis and Moreno. Any thoughts? I also thought about trading one of the two for a top defense as well... cbwv
One thought: Do DEF typically score alot of points in your league? Looks like you have plenty of good machups, you could be balsy and leave pitt D in! Or, not. I wouldn't drop any, look for a trade.
ParLawGod
QB and DEF heavy scoring...I probably would not win without a defense I'll look into a trade.
WashingtonD
You can safely drop Moreno...he's not going to do anything this week against Baltimore in fact he'll probably look bad...will likely be there ont he waivers next week and if not no big loss the Broncos can't run anyways Best of Luck WashD
zekez
Moreno definitely, you have plenty of depth.
injera
I'd say trade Orton but the Pats are on bye this week. Go with Moreno.
kcmast
I'd say trade Orton but the Pats are on bye this week. Go with Moreno. I wouldn't drop Orton with the numbers he is putting up. I would drop Moreno, but maybe first try to trade him.
Outlaws01
If you have to, drop Lloyd.
ParLawGod
Thanks for the advice! I think I am going to go ahead and drop Moreno. Now the trick...which week 5 DEF? I am looking at Cincinnati (playing TB) and Atlanta (playing CLE)...thoughts?
