Hines Ward for Walter?

Guy wants to trade me Walter for Ward. He's got Wallace so I am not sure what he's doing. Am I crazy to pass on this? I'm expecting Ward to pick up now that Ben's back and in a ppr league he should do well. Any suggestions on a counter? I have been looking to upgrade my WRs.

QB - Orton, Big Ben

RB - Gore, DWill, Lynch, McGahee

WR - Randy Moss, Ward, Knox, Bowe, Henderson

TE - Keller

 

His team

QB - Brees

RB - Rice, Benson, T Jones, Ricky Williams

WR - Walter, Wallace, Harvin, Steve Smith CAR, James Jones

TE - Davis, Daniels

I wouldn't do it right now, at least wait until 1 or 2 games after Ben gets back to see if Ward picks up.

I don't see any obvious counter...I guess tossing in DeAngelo for Benson might be an upgrade for you given how bad the Carolina offense looks, but Benson has a tough second half schedule and I'm looking to sell him in most leagues where I have him.

 

I think stand pat and don't make a move with this particular guy

Thanks. I'm actually now seeing if I can move Deangelo and some WRs to the AJ owner as he's got injuries galore at RB. If not then I may look into Pierre Thomas for DWill and just be done with Wiliams.
