I'd go with Gaffney, assuming Royal is out.

 

Even though Crayton should see some more looks with Floyd and Gates out, that might actually be too many key players out to where it actually hurts the passing game, and perhaps they lean more on the run.

 

I dunno, after Rivers hasn't skipped a beat so far without VJax, but I still think Gaffney is the safer bet for a good day in PPR, if not overall... Plus, he's the one of the two who was starting and performing without injury to other WRs, so I give him the nod.
