Schaub, for two reasons: 1) the HOU-SD will be a high-scoring game, and 2) Vick might need a quarter or two to get back into game rhythm. Expect a lot of LeSean McCoy the first quarter. Also, Vick will likely see fewer designed rushing plays with his name on them, as the Eagles probably will want to treat him with kid gloves until he is fully healed.
