Word 2007 Question

I need to reformat a document.

There are perhaps 4 or 5 specific types of justification that I need that are reletive to how much space I leave to the left or right of a given chunck of text.

I figured making a few marcros might be the best way to do it, but for some reason its not recording me changing the indent if I do it from the toolbar. If I open up indent so that I have to hit "okay" I get an error when using that macro.

The only thing I can think of is that it is happening because I am not clicking on the body while recording the macro. I need to be able to put my curser on the text I need to adjust and click the marco. If I click on the body of text while recording the macro, the macro will always refer to that location. Any ideas?
