frenzal rhomb
Tomorrow I have to be a witness at a criminal case at a magistrates office - stems from my dog being attacked. Anyone know how it works? Will there be a prosecutor or does the magistrate ask the questions? Is a decision rendered right then and there by the magistrate? Etc. I tried to ggogle this but cant find it. Just want to know what to expect.
