Grossman and his starting position?

I haven't been paying much attention to Washington this year, but someone just offered me a trade that includes Grossman. I know, he sucks for fantasy, but this league is big enough that there are NO starting QBs available in FA, and this might actually be a good thing for me if Grossman isn't potentially on the hot seat to lose his job. I saw that the Redskins are 3-1, so that must be in his favor, but do any of you pay more attention to this team, and do you know if Grossman may lose his starting job in the near future? I know there were issues before the season, but I'm not sure if those issues have passed.
