SEC=UGA
It looks like the mad muslims are holding a little naval exercise and also hinting that they may close off the Strait of Hormuz. My question is, for how many minutes do you think Iran could actually hold this blockade? Edited December 29, 2011 by SEC=UGA

Ice1
It looks like the mad muslims are holding a little naval exercise and also hinting that they may close off the Strait of Hormuz. My question is, for how many minutes do you think Iran could actually hold this blockade? It is a function of our willingness to actually engage. However, once we did we would have military passage in minutes and free traffic flow within a day or two once we knocked their land based capabilities. Their little navy wouldn't last 5 minutes so 4.37 minutes sounds about right. If Iran is allowed nuclear capability the game changes substantially as cities would likely be knocked out but ultimately that passage way is critical to the world economy.
