gunklfan
is it time to drop the 49ers defense? upcoming: @DEN, bye STL @NO.... i really think that i gotta do this.. what's your opinion?
j.s3x
They will be good following that stretch and no one really fears the Saints offense right now. I own the 9ers and will be keeping them through this stretch. If I'm you, I'd just find a 2-week replacement or just play rentals based on matchups on a week-to-week basis. wildbluefan
SF is a good NFL Defense, but a fair-to middling FANTASY defense...I would've already dropped them honestly !
zzaino1
Don't start them against Denver, obviously. SF is still a great defense against the run, but pass not so much. Honestly I would keep them unless I found a better option for your matchup. What are your options?
SecondString
Same boat here, I feel your dilemma. I'm in a shallow bench league of 14-teams, with not good options on the ww. I am seriously considering hanging onto them, posting a blank the next two weeks at DST, and then feeling good about ROS. It's either that or drop them now and stream the rest of season. And even dropping them now doesn't guarantee any points in that slot for weeks 7 & 8.
gunklfan
thanks for your replies, guys... still not sure what to do. my options on the WW are browns@JAX bears vs MIA titans@WAS redskins vs TEN oh... and would you start cutler vs MIA over brees @DET?
