I just don't think Seattle's defense will implode for a third straight game. Even still, Benjamin could put up some good fantasy points, especially as he can pretty much make those 50-50 catches 85% of the time like he did at Florida State. I would say start both, one at WR2 and one at flex. If that's not an option, I would start Maclin as a "safer" option but Benjamin as a higher risk/reward option. However, between those options...I would put your flex start as a tossup between Bell and Benjamin, for the same reasons as above.
