DbWell004
This is a 16 teamer. I'm currently in 3rd after going zero running back draft method. The league setup is you start 1qb,2rbs,3wr/te,1def,1pk,and a head coach (scored on point differential plus 10 points for wins. This league is 1pt ppr, 10 pt TDs, with yardage bonuses. My current set up is QB: Cutler, RG3 RB: R. Mathews, B. Tate, I. Crowell, C. Sims WR: D. Thomas, B. Marshall, T.Y. Hilton, ODB (OBJ), Garçon Def: KC (match up rotation) Coach: Bengals (match up based) My question is C.J. Anderson worth a pickup? I tend to like my roster as it stands bbut I do have a lot of eggs in the Charles Simms basket as Tate and Crowell are more of a stash in hope that one of them distinguishes themselves. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Also. This is a rookie keeper league. All of my rookies are waiver picks which would qualify them to be my 7th rounder next year. Thanks guys! DbWell004
Pierre Thomas is available as well.. not opposed to stashing him. Thoughts?
tdybaz
I would drop Crowell for Anderson. Sims gives you potential, plus they ARE going to give him more carries as the year progresses to see what they have in their 3rd round pick. Meanwhile, the first two backs in Cleveland are West & Tate, in that order. Crowell will get some carries, but IMO Anderson is more valuable as a potential starter in that Bronco offense. DbWell004
Okay, appreciate the insight. I've been of the opinion that Crowell looks better than both of them. Am I just being crazy?

tdybaz
He looks better, but he also puts the ball on the turf FAR more often and has been benched in the past for his fumbling issue
tdybaz
He was also a rookie FA this year, while they invested a 3rd round pick in West and FA money in Tate
