abieleck
Was offered Ingram for AP straight up in a PPR....would you do it? Who is better rest of the year in PPR? I am 6-1 in my league. Hopefully that gets me into the playoffs....with that in mind here is the playoff schedules for AP and Ingram. Who you got? AP: @ARI, CHI, NYG.......Plus he is still going to have to face. STL, GB and SEA in the FF regular season. Ingram: @TB, DET JAX......still has his bye to go and happens to fall on week 11 along with Bell who I have. What do you think trade AP for Ingram? Here's my team: QB: Brady, Tyrod Taylor RB: LeVeon Bell, A. Peterson, Woodhead, Abdullah, Ryan Matthews, Deangelo Williams WR: Landry, Hurns, Rishard Matthews, Marvin Jones TE: Kelce, Seferian-Jenkins DEF: Patriots
Matt07chs
If you can risk potentially losing week 11, I'd keep Ingram over AP. Ingram's schedule is pretty easy from here on out maybe other than Carolina, but divisional games anything can happen.
Matt07chs
Just reread it. I'd do that trade, but you probably can do better because of AP's "value." But I think I'd do that trade straight up. Thought you had Ingram already. Edited October 28, 2015 by Matt07chs
jkraft896
Ultimately I think their floors going forward are very similar, but the ceiling of AP is significantly higher.
robotpimp
Its a risky trade but I think Ingram's floor is higher than AP's.. given he's probably bringing in at least 4+ points on PPR and yac, he's also still getting 100 yards rushing and TD potential. AP's ceiling is probably higher but he's yet to produce consistent rushing TD's, even with some decent amount of attempts teams are stacking the box constantly to stop him, hence when he gets to the second level of the defense he's gone because he had to pass 8-9 guys if you don't get those yards in chunks from AP pretty much he's ineffective.. I'm seriously considering benching him this week for CHarChar West based on match-up alone and AP historically does well vs the Bears if I remember correctly but I haven't looked it up. I'm sick of relying on Gurley, the short lived Foster, DMurray, to carry my team because AP isn't cutting it as a tier 1 elite.

AP > Ingram but... Saints Schedule > Minnesota Robinson Vultured 2 TDs and Ingram still had a crazy good game.
abieleck
All good points Matt and Robot.....my vision is cloudy....in a purple haze as I am a Vikings fan. Anyone else think Ingram over AP in PPR rest of year?
jkraft896
If I was you I would be more inclined to try and trade AP for a top tier WR because you are kind of lacking in that area and Woodhead is actually a really solid PPR player. If you could trade AP for someone like Antonio Brown that would be ideal.
