Trade help: d.johnson(ari)/h.henry(sd) for l.bell/t.west(bal)

So this guy is offering bell/west for my johnson and henry. Thats a standard 16-team league and i got delanie walker as my te1 right now, what is pretty disappointing so far. I desperataly need a rb2 since lacy is out and bell is a workhouse! My question is: am I losing too much with johnson (2nd best) and is henry able to keep his perfomance on this level ?
