Who's an Attainable Player GSW Can Get That Would Help Them A lot?

I actually like what I see from the Warriors right now, to some extent. Wiggins is playing as well as I've seen him play when you factor in defense, Draymond is subtly very impactful even if he's trash on offense. Oubre is playing sound defense and will eventually shoot like 32% from three, at least. Wiseman will continue improving as the year goes on. What's one more piece GSW can get that would help them out? Obviously Klay is out. I'm thinking the Warriors need a more solid No. 2 scorer or a shooter. Who can they get? Let's say without trading Wiggins, Oubre or Wiseman. Like who can they get through buyout or a vet minimum or a decent trade? Like not an all-star player, but someone who is just steady and solid and definitely helpful?
