Coach Lovie Smith said Thursday that Ogunleye might require surgery on his lower right leg. The defensive end, listed as questionable for the Bears' game Sunday against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field missed practice to seek a medical opinion on the lingering injury he has battled most of the season.
