  1. I would definitely do it if you can. I have Hunt well ahead of Hyde on my tiered rankings and that was before last night's game. Reid has always been great at calling plays to put his talent in the best position to succeed and last night was an example of that with consistent runs to the edge, outside zone, end arounds, and seams vs LB coverage. The 49ers also have the worst strength of schedule for RBs this season and if they are behind by a lot consistently which I think we can all agree they likely will be, they'll be forced to pass which Hyde can't really take advantage of. Obviously AB gets the edge, but AB and OBJ are both tier 1 WRs so don't mind the slight tradeoff.
  2. Never go QB with #1 overall or even in round 1... or even round 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 generally speaking. With a 16 team league like yours you might go a little earlier, but top 3 picks in any scoring format are going to be Bell, DJ, and Zeke. I would go with Bell, but analysts are pretty split between all 3.
  3. 1. Crowder, Tate, Ebron 2. Taylor, Sanders, Hill, Crowder, Howard. To be honest I might even start Flacco over Ben if he's available. There's a big temperature range in the weather prediction in CIN and it may potentially snow, add to the fact that it's on the road (where Ben has a huge production differential) he could be a bust. For the same reason, I would start Howard where it's projected to potentially be the coldest NFL game ever in Lambeau if it hits the low of -4. They will be running a lot. 3. Winston - Stafford's dislocated finger is going to be a big issue (saw that with Palmer and Carr), stack that with a very tough secondary in NYG, he has the potential to have a very low floor. Additionally, Riddick will likely be out so he won't even have the production of their short passing weapon. Crowder, Williams, Tate.
  4. It's because of Cam and CAR d. The defense isn't limiting opposing offenses and lack of turnovers compared to last year aren't allowing them to maintain time of possession which in turn limits the number of passes/rushing attempts for CAR's offense. On top of that Cam, hasn't been making the most of his lowered pass attempts having had his completion percentages fall into the 40s the past 3 weeks compared to the 60s in his career and beginning of 2016. That said, I will be starting Green over Olsen this week.
  5. Just to preface, I think the Bradford trade was a positive for MIN, but people praising his high completion % have to realize it's because he can't hold the ball longer than 3 seconds due to a completely crippled o-line not necessarily because he's a decent/good QB. That said, he isn't as bad as people make him out to be and I'm honestly surprised his injury prone history has held up in one of the worst protection units in the league. It forces short passes, screens, and check downs because any passes beyond 10 yards will be off of his back foot, on the run, or with a hand in his face (as you saw with the final game tying TD opportunity "definitely should have been a penalty for QB hit to the head"). Very few QBs, particularly pocket passers even at the caliber of Brady or Brees would be able to do much, just look at Palmer this year with an injured o-line vs 2015. Lets take a look at the MIN o-line this year: March Offseason Sign G BooneJuly Offseason Former starting RT Loadholt retires right before training camp after missing 2015 to injuryAugust Offseason Lose starting RG Mike Harris to MF-Illness Reserve Move former LG Brandon Fusco to RG Move recently signed (March 2016) G Boone to LG Release former starting C Sullivan after missing 2015 to injury Week 2 Lose starting starting LT Matt Kalil to IR Move former 2nd year starting RT Clemmings to LT Move newly signed (in March 2016) T Smith to RT Week 3 Starting LG Boone goes down during 1st Qtr to injury, Sirles fills inWeek 4 Starting RT Smith goes down during 1st Qtr to injury, Sirles fills inWeek 5 Starting RG Fusco goes down during 1st Qtr to injury, backup G Kerin fills in Lose Smith to IR Sirles starts at RT During Week 6 Bye Sign Jake Long to start at LT Move Clemmings back to RT Week 9 Starting LG Boone out with concussionWeek 10 Lose Long to IR 3rd year undrafted Sirles played LT for Week 10 Move Clemmings back to LT after Week 10 Move Sirles to RT after Week 10 Week 13 Starting C Berger out with concussion, backup C Easton to startThen add in a little bit of injured starting QB and hall of fame RB in Bridgewater and AP and you have a total cluster$@#$ of a situation. Even if MIN doesn't make it into the playoffs this year, the 2 year contract for Bradford has a lot of upside: Bridgewater might not be ready for the start of 2017 and there are concerns about ever returning both mentally and physically, having Bradford another year will allow management to gauge his recovery, while having a startable QB and determine whether they need to draft/trade for the future AP will be back O-line starters LT Kalil, RG Harris will return, also allowing Clemmings to return to RT Bradford will have had a year's experience plus training camp (which he didn't get to do this year) in MIN allowing him to develop added familiarity and chemistry with his receivers
  6. Olsen is still the go to guy on must convert situations. If you watched the past couple weeks a number of big play completions were taken back by penalty or slightly misthrown by Cam. I'd still trust him against a SEA defense that isn't going to give Cam many other receiving options.
  7. League is continual rolling list, is he worth a pickup now that the Packers have signed him?
  8. In addition to a favorable schedule for Brees and lack of defense that forces passing situations, NO is playing in a close division and even if they don't win their division, they still have the wild card to play for. It may very well come down to the two games against TB during fantasy playoffs in week 14 and 16. NE will obviously clinch their playoff spot, who knows if Brady will sit early or just hand the ball off to the run if they are in a lead?
  9. Need to start 2 for the 12 team .5 PPR in my sig. Dixon vs CLE Coleman @ BAL Coates vs DAL
