chiefjay
I am a marinated steak guy, usually doesn't matter the marinade. Chicken with a solid marinade works nicely also. Veggies: Shrooms are a must, any of the pepper family is usually preferred, Onion are pretty good but seems that some of the locals butchers put too much on so I will need to start making my own. I've seen squash before and that's pretty good, potatos too which is not bad. I know I'm missing some but I'll let you guys share the wealth. Bier Meister
i like onions...and when i do something oriental i'll use pineapple chunks. i don't think potatoes are great for the bbq, but if you are going to ..... use little ones (fingerlings or reds), boil them for about an hour to 75 min (starting with cold, salted water and time it from when the water comes to a boil).. then put them on the skurs whole. tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini,
