Players are eligible to be kept IF they were drafted in the fourth round or later. Players are kept for a period of three years only. This year, the re-draft will be repopulated by all players kept when we started this system three years ago - meaning the redraft next year will be pretty stacked through five rounds. Here are a few options - I need your help to sort through them. I will highlight players that are keeper eligible by including a (k) next to their name. I will also include the number of keeper years remaining AFTER this seasons is over. For example - Ravens DST has two years after this season..so they are (K2) Option 1 I give Portis, Des Clark (K3), Ravens DST (K2), M.Furrey (K3) I get J.Norwood (K2), L.Coles (K2) and his fourth round pick next year Option 2 I give C.Portis I get C.Taylor (K1) + his 5th round pick Option 3 I give C.Portis I get F.Gore (K1) + his 5th round pick Option 4 I give C.Portis, Ravens DST (K2), R.Moss, Des Clark (K3) I get W.Parker + his 4th round pick Which option do you like best? Any insight into (1) Norwood's timetable to become the outright starter or quality of Gore vs Parker vs Taylor is appreciated. Norwood for two more years + Coles & a 4th round pick next year 2. C.Taylor for one more year + a 5th rounder next year 3. F.Gore for one more year + a 5th rounder next year 4. rebdog Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 i'd take Norwood for sure. it'll be his show starting next year.....even maybe later this year. my next choice is Turner. just hope SD lets him walk after this year. of course being a Charger fan i hope like hell he stays.
