keggerz Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 ok so when it comes to wine i am clueless... how long can I keep a wine before i have to open it to drink it? as an example I have a few bottles of this(i know its not up to par for a wine snob, but its from the winery where we had our wedding reception) http://www.williamsburgwinery.com/governors-white.htm and how long before this one we got as a gift goes bad: http://www.williamsburgwinery.com/spiced-wine.htm how about this chardonnay? http://www.williamsburgwinery.com/acte-12-chardonnay.htm and last we have 1 bottle of this and arent sure how long it can age: http://www.williamsburgwinery.com/gabriel-archer-reserve.htm tia and excuse my lack of Wine-owledgy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The wines that you have listed are probably not real age worthy, although the Cab blend (the last one on the list) should be able to age a little better than the rest. The spiced one might be good for a cold winters night or open one of the Chardonnay's on your anniversary! It's great to see wine production in other states!
