Redfish Posted November 14, 2006 Share Posted November 14, 2006 In my 19 year old, 12 team auction local (Commissioner for last 15 years), I usually make the playoffs and lose in the first round or barely miss out. I have only 2 titles in 19 years, so my track record is very solid but unspectacular. This year, I did absolutely no prep work, except pulling the auction cheat sheet off the Huddle. In the Perfect Storm of FF, my team this year is unreal. These are the seasons that keep you coming back. I'm also virtually certain I will lose in the first round of the playoffs, because that is what I do. My scoring average is 23% higher than the second ranked team. My lowest score in the first ten weeks is higher than the highest score of the season for 7 other teams. I've won high week honors five times in ten weeks. You get the point. Last year in my local dynasty I had Alexander, Edge, Burress, Fitzgerald, etc...I was the top scorer by a good margin...I lost in the first round of the playoffs and after adding Eli Manning this year I have gone 4-6 and have been basically eliminated already...
