CD6405
If you completely discount the fact that Romo faced a much weaker defense and his O-line did a much better job of pass-blocking, you might have a point. So you are pretty much saying you're team is bad? They have a bad defense and o line and got beat by a QB who threw 2 ints and no TDs? I dont understand this logic. Romo only threw 1 INT ... the other INT you are thinking about was negated by a holding call.
Bill Swerski
Now Dallas' o-line is better than Indy's OMG ... That's not what I'm claiming at all. What I am claiming is that any moran who watched the game would agree that Dallas' O-line did a much better job of pass-protecting than Indy's. Much of that has to do with the fact that Dallas' D-line did a fantastic job of pass-rushing. Much of that also has to do with the fact that Indy's front 7 is banged up (you probably didn't know that because you don't watch their games). If you think that Indy's O-line is good, you haven't been paying attention over the past year and a half. They struggled big-time against JAX, SD, and PIT last season. IIRC, they were also missing starting RT Ryan Diem. The Colts O-line was elite a few years ago, but not anymore. Any Indy homer will tell you that. And anybody with two functioning brain cells could've deduced that from yesterday's game. BTW, one of Manning's INTs was the direct result of Roy Williams knocking Dallas Clark on his ass in the endzone (a borderline penalty, as he did it right when Manning released the ball).
