I seemed to get some 'too late' emails last year on a different service, and found the emails were updated before the websites were, which of course didn't help. LA based, but I don't use emails for the info. If you come to these boards after rolling out of bed with the ESPN pre-game on you get quite a bump of extra info. At around 11 Central (9 Pacific) there is a "who's playing and who's not" service, updated over the period to KO. It's as good as it gets, IMO. If you use this site/boards coupled with ESPN and NFL.com you will be about as up to date as possible. The one thing you can always count on is whenever there is a big news event for football there will always be 5+ threads on it here.
