LooGie
I asked a question in the advice forum, and it got me to thinking. If having a league, that's heavy in QB points and Reception points, (to help combat the 'stud rb' theory) would you change your draft strategy? I usually pass on QBs until the late rounds, because there's just not much difference between a low tier 2 and a high tier 4 imo. And i just can't use a draft pick on a tier 1 or 2 anyway. I just can't do it. But, if the QB is even getting completion points and massive bonus points for yardage, does that change anything? Obviously you still take your stud RB and WRs, but do you take Palmer in the 3rd, or Kitna in the 7th? same thing for WRs. If a WR gets massive bonus points (my example in the advice forum is 2 pt per reception, and 25 bonus points for 100 yards) do you honestly attempt the double stud WR theory? Or go for a stud RB that's going to be involved in the passing game? I'm not looking for the same advice one would get in the advice forum, i'm curious who thinks you change your strategy, or who thinks "just do what you usually do". I think alot of WRs get 100 yards a game, and it would be easy to get those bonus points, and if you had that AND a stud RB, you'd be better off than 2 Smitty's..but now when re-read that sentence...maybe not... Skippy
Just a very quick answer here but unless your points figure out a way to make your Manning vs Vince Young look so way out of whack that you don't want to be stuck with the 10th QB then I really don't think that it would make any difference to me. WR's might be a little different though.

And honeslty only the top tier QBs would be considered, who are consistently over 250 yards. Brees, McNabb, Palmer, Bulger, you know the ones.
