Does a GM who never played or coached have the ability to know how to pick a coach for the players he drafts? What if Marty stayed and the GM had been let go for ultimating "me or him"? Has the Charger GM ever motivated his players himslef, or does he leave that up to the coach, and if not, then why does a GM pick the coach? These are all questions that I assume some Charger fans are asking themselves. Good game Norv, glad Jerry Jones knew better than to hire you.
