Monkfish

Raw Oysters

Steamed Mussels

King Crab legs

Copper River/King salmon

Ahi

Mahi Mahi

Diver Scallops

Stone Crab claws

Lobster

Opah

Barramundi

Halibut

Rock shrimp

 

Yeah, I like seafood

I think you are the first to mention Halibut - That would be very very high on my list.
