85thatstright10
im in a 12-team idp league(never been in one before) we have 2DL,2LB,2CB the point system is 1pt=tackle .5=asst.tackle 2sack 3=fprced fumble 4=fumble recovery 6pt TD 2pt blk kick so do you fill up your offensive roster and some bench before i start drafting my denfensive line-up. With this point system i can see some defensive players doing more for my team then a lot of bench players i'd likely be sitting week in/week out. thanks
boat_hacked
you might want to draft some of your DEF players before filling out your O positions. LBs can and do score more than 3rd and 4th WRs and some RBs. Obviously, look @ LBs: Willis, Beason, Ruud. go to the Huddle's IDPs Cheat sheet. Draft LBs first they're comparable to the O's Running Back. Edited September 10, 2009 by boat_hacked

boat_hacked
For doing IDP first time, not a bad group. You didn't say starting requirements. If one @ each position; I would make fletcher, tuck starters toss up tween DBs, though.
fourdegrees
Some outside the norm picks for you to consider Brackett Session Durant Lofton Experienced IDPers will know these names, of course. But I have a good feeling about all of these guys this year. And hopefully you've been keeping up with the articles on the Huddle and these guys aren't a secret to you either. I thinkk you did pretty well....Dansby is a top 10 LB and Fletcher has been a stud for a very long time...with that said I am not as high on him this year and think that Haynesworth could negatively affect his stats but with that said I wouldnt go doing anything rash....just keep a close eye on the situation...and of course if we see anything concerning in the first few weeks we will be talking about it here...winfield is one of the top CBs to own and still a top 5-10 DB...Lewis is a solid player also....at DE I think Tuck comes back to earth a bit with Osi back in the fold but he should still mantain is stud status and I think Schobel should be in for a nice rebound year...probably never be studly like he was a few years ago but still solid. And hopefully you've been keeping up with the articles on the Huddle and these guys aren't a secret to you either. I LOVE Lofton this year and think Durant will start shooting up peoples rankings too...Brackett isnt the "sexiest" LB but is still a solid LB2....if and that is a big IF Session can stay at WLB then he could be in for a very good year but if Hagler/Wheeler suffer at SLB Session could slide over and that would thrust Keiaho back to starting at WLB....hope you enjoy our IDP content.
