Thanks in advance to those that sign the petition. MFL breaks out RBs and FBs and WRs and TEs, even Kickers and Punters...They break out DT and DE if you want so why not do the same for LBs and DBs...sure they break out DB to S and CB but why not FS and SS...LBs as MLB, WLB, SLB, ILB (3-4 D) etc...MFL currently uses Rotoworld for their depth chart to assign positions and Rotoworld has those breakdowns...so I am looking to try and get MFL to makes those changes sooner rather than later. Only one of each position, maybe? would impact however you want it too...just gives more flexibility is all...they already allow you to use a combined DL and DB designation or if you want you can use DT, DE, S and CB....I am just trying to get them to open it up more by adding in the different LB positions as well as breaking down S to FS and SS....if it ever happens it would allow leagues to tweak scoring to help balance big play and tackle heavy to create balance between say DeMarcus Ware and D'Qwell Jackson...because if you are in a tackle heavy league then Jackson is far and away better and if you are in a big play league then Ware could easily be more valuable...this would allow leagues to balance the scoring. PM MFLMike I havn't see him around lately though. I have corresponded with Mike the past two years about this...to paraphrase, they don't have any plans to break out IDP positions ...mainly due to complexity and a lack of demand...says that it will be added to a future wish list but doesn't expect it to happen in 2012....
