Murray being called out by teammates!

Does this look like the Murray that played in Dallas? Looks like the players have had enough of Chip and are quitting on him to get rid of him. Getting blown out at home by the Bucs and giving up 44 points with 5 touchdowns to a rookie QB doesn't look good.

I think Murray is fed up with running East West. I would be too knowing I'm a North South runner. Don't understand why Chip would pay him to do something that doesn't match his skill set.

Very similar to him picking up Bradford to run a mobility based offense...seems to be getting the guys with the extreme opposite skill sets that he needs to run his offense and then expects them to change their game. Pride goes before the fall.

Chip Kelly stated he got rid of LeSean McCoy because he was too much of an East-West runner. He liked Murray's North-South running for the zone blocking scheme. But last year the offensive line was creating holes. This year, they are not. So if there is no hole, Murray has the choice of running into the backs of his offensive linemen or punch it outside. Ryan Mathews has been more effective than Murray because he has the speed to get to the edge. Most of the Eagles' offensive problems this year stem from poor offensive line play.

This makes no sense to me, as his entire system is based on spreading out receivers to open up the zone read running game. Why would he prefer a north/south RB for that system?

I think Darren Sproles is the anonymous source (if there even is one). He's already stated he wants more carries, and never seems to shy away from contact himself.

Uhh I don't think so. With Sproles you're lucky to get him to say ouch let alone a full sentence complaining.
