ImNotSoIgnorant
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000691252/article/tavon-austin-signs-4year-42m-extension-with-rams Austin has signed a four-year extension to stay in Los Angeles, the team announced Saturday. The new deal is worth $42 million with $30 million in guarantees, a source with knowledge of the deal told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. The extension keeps the wide receiver under contract through the 2021 season. I have Austin ranked 43 among WRs(non ppr). I really didn't think he was that valuable. Did the Rams make the right decision? I'm starting to wonder if I should move him higher. Any thoughts as to why he should be ranked higher or not? Maybe Rams staff are thinking they'll pick up a WR1 in next years draft. Or Cunningham is more dynamic than we think? Its a bit of a throw away season. I guess they have faith in him, but not so much for fantasy football purposes.
michaelredd9
At least half of the money he is receiving is because of his return skills.
irish
At least half of the money he is receiving is because of his return skills. And the other half is running plays.
