RB:Gore, Bell WR:DeSean, Fitz FLEX: Matt Jones I think he meant what teams your players are playing against in real life (i.e. D. Murray @ HOU; Ingram @ SD, etc.) In Standard League, I think you go Demarco and either Ingram or T. Coleman at RB, and Julio and TBenj at WR.
