They should at this point just focus on winning the last two games and getting a bowl invite. Oklahoma will win the BIG 12 this year and that's that. What if you only beat a 6-6 K-State team by 10 again? What does that do to your chances for the title game? You should (and probably really do) prefer Iowa State. Monsters Of The Midway Posted November 8, 2004 Share Posted November 8, 2004 I could care less what you believe, Perception means something. Iowa St and KSU with the same record are not the same. KSU lost to OU, as one of its loses, Iowa St didnt. KSU is a bigger draw, and a redemption game in the Championship. The whole nation will be watching to see if OU stumbles in the title game again to KSU. If it was Iowa St no one would tune in. I want the country to see how good Jason White is right now, and I think OU beats either team easily.
