  1. So far I am going with Palmer. I would love to start Romo, but I am too scared of Pitts. I'm just hoping to survive this week, as I will have Romo vs. NO if I can make it to the Super Bowl.
  2. Wow, what a nice predicament to have. I feel (like most) that Lynch and Martin are automatic starts no matter whom they play. The problem is Welker vs. Cruz or as someone put it, Brady vs. Eli. When putting it that way, I would go with WW. It's too bad you can't start all 4 of these guys. Good luck and thanks for answering my post. Paul
  3. Guys, Thanks for your responses. Can more members offer up your opinions on this situation? I will go with the predominant opinion. Thanks. Paul
  4. Forum members, I need some crucial advice for my quest to get to the SuperBowl next week. Which QB do you think that I should start tomorrow: Kaepernick at NE Palmer hosting KC Romo hosting Pitts My league awards a point/50 passing yards, a point/20 yards rushing, and 7 points/TD, with a 5 point bonus per 300 yards passing. I am looking forward to your replies. Thanks. Paul
  5. Thanks, so far I am sticking with Fitz. Hopefully he will catch on fire like he did toward the end of the season last year.
  6. I would go Moore and Djax, though Gibson has been hot lately.
  7. Forum members, I need help in this league also (I have another post for advice for another league). I am in a 12 team non-ppr league and will be eliminated from making the playoffs if I lose today. I need to start 3 receivers in this league and my automatics are Wayne and Denario Alexander (at least I think he is automatic the way he has been syncing with Rivers lately). My options for the 3rd receiver slot are as follows: Fitz hosting the Rams (I currently have him in my lineup) Sidney Rice at Miami Kenny Britt at Jax I am looking forward to your replies Paul
  8. Forum members, I need your guidance on this one. I am in a 12 team ppr league and my division (and maybe even making the playoffs) is depending upon today. I currently am starting Reece at the Bengals in my flex position. Would you start Brown (I am a McCoy owner) Monday night over Reece? Of course (not that it matters) if I do not start Brown I will be all done after the 4:00 games today and my opponent will still have players in the Sunday night and Monday games. I am looking forward to your replies. Thanks. Paul
  9. Thanks for your quick response. I do have Ryan in there right now.
  10. Forum members, I need some quick help. I am going crazy whether to start Vick or Ryan today in the same game. My league gives 1 point/50 yards passing (5 point bonus at 300 yards) and 1 point/20 yards rushing, 7 points for a TD. I have Ryan in right now, but am worried that Vick might have a better game today. What do you all think? Paul
  11. "I love the gamble of Cam Newton. I think the chance of owning the next great one is too fun to give up for a WR or anything. I know most guys think it's time to trade him because of what he's worth and that they still don't trust him. But if this was Vick last year when he was going crazy on the rest of the league. You wouldn't be trading him for anything. Now you have a Raw Rookie playing even better then Vick ever did, and everyone is trading him. I got lucky to get him as my 17th and last pick in our draft this year. And I'm going to ride it out and have fun with my pick." Thanks, ArchieBonker, You have made me see the light. You are right, it is way too much fun having Cam Newton. I will ride it out. Paul
  12. I want to do it, except Bradford may miss a couple weeks and now Graham is hurt. If it looks like both are going to play Sunday, I may still do it Sunday morning. If Bradford is out, I need to pick up Painter, Ponder, Palmer, Moore, etc. for a couple weeks. I just do not want to play the QB carousel every week until Bradford is healthy. What do you all think? Should I still make the trade? Is it worth it to play Bradford or Painter or someone like that to inherit Roddy and Graham (hopefully his injury is minor)? Paul
  13. He has Kolb and Campbell, hence why he wants Newton.
  14. Does anyone else have a comment about this possible trade? I would really appreciate some advice. Paul
  15. My receivers are (I need to start 3): Fitz James Jones Torrey Smith Walter Floyd Baldwin Damian Williams The deal would give me Fitz, Roddy, and one of those other guys every week, plus the best tight end in football. If Bradford wasn't hurt, I would have done it for sure with his schedule coming up.
