That makes it three straight years that Davis has torn his ACL. Sad to see such a great talent unable to realize it on the field. I am a Davis owner and stashing him on my IR but I only have about a .000001% feeling that we see him playing in the NFL again. With Beason and Davis now done for the year the starting LBs will be Dan Connor at MLB, with James Anderson and Jason Williams manning the OLB positions. Coach Rivera also pointed out that Jason Williams would be replaced in the nickel by Thomas Williams. I fully expect to see Anderson start producing like he did in the first half of 2010. keggerz Posted September 24, 2011 Share Posted September 24, 2011 as for Connor, I see him as nothing more than a 2-down LB...he will have better matchups against run heavy teams and will be a risky start against pass heavy ones....nothing more than a LB3 that you can play matchups with...he might flash some upside every now and again but his real fantasy upside is limited, imo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
