What would you do? standard league, my team is below.

Non PPR I have Rice, McCoy Trich and D Martin at RB and AJ Green and R Wayne at WR I know it is stacked, work league (2/8 rookies) in an 8 team league and i have made some good trades and got M Ryan in the 8th, But 2 of the other guys are as good as my team, and one other guy has a team of lottery tickets and somehow figures how to pick the right ones (Shonne Green last week?!?!?) So i do need to make my team as good as possible. Just dont wanna give up too many pts to toher teams. I know megatron is an upgrade. But do i give up that for him?
