Skrappy1 Posted September 23, 2005 Share Posted September 23, 2005 I thought he'd make kind of a sneaky late TE pick, especially in a point-per-reception league, since most rankings had him ranked out of the top 10 for TEs. I guess I'm glad I didn't land him in any league now. 49ers placed TE Eric Johnson on injured reserve with plantar fascitis, ending his season. Johnson hoped to return to action in week three, but re-tore his foot in practice Monday. It's the second season of the last three that Johnson has missed because of injury.
