How in the world anyone could say that ball was moving backwards is beyond me. Secondly, on third down on the Rams final drive Bulger coughed the ball up. It was recovered by the Rams and he was short of a first down anyway so the Rams just punted. BUT it was clear from the replay that Bulger's knee was down before the ball came loose and they didn't blow the play dead. If the Titans had recovered it could have easily led to a Titans win (as they wouldn't have had to drive nearly so far to try to score). These two blown calls were just terrible.
