If he continues the production he had the first 3 weeks of his career once he is healthy again Williams will be a top 5 RB next year. I'm not yelling at you, but I am trying to drive my point home!! Seriously, I know how much of a headache this has been (I have him as well)...and he may not be the same guy for the rest of the year...But Gruden loves the guy, and i think he realizes he made a mistake in playing him too much the first few weeks...Dude is going to be a SUPERSTAR (in the class of LT and Alexander) for years to come...
