Dynasty League questions

I'm not sure where to go with this... so I figured I'd ask it here.

 

I'm in a very involved dynasty league... Fusion... and it rules.

 

But, I'm thinking of starting a new IDP dynasty league with some of my local league guys who are starting to outgrow our keeper league that we've had for 10 years now. They are looking for a new challenge.

 

Does anyone have any experience with a dynasty league that is perhaps... less complicated? Maybe smaller rosters or simpler RFA rules? What are your roster requirements? How do you handle contracts, free-agency, and other issues?

 

Also... has anyone ever had some expansion teams join a dynasty league? How would a league accomplish that? We're thinking of starting it with 8-10 teams... but what if we wanted to add two more teams down the line? Is there any fair way of doing that?

 

(Sorry, but this is a local league right now... I am not soliciting owners)

You need to PM Jedi. He converted his long time keeper league into a Dynasty last year.
