So my question is that I draft in the 8th spot in this year and I need a #2 RB? This is a 14 team keeper league where we start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D. Scoring is 1pt = 10yds rush & for 20 yds Rec., 1 pt = 3 recpt., 6pt = rush/rec td. With my core of Rudi, CJ, Fitz, and Shockey being protected I'll need another RB. Problem is there ain't much to choose from. They are either old, coming off an injury or an unproven rookie. So please rank these RB's based on best to worst for this year and next. Curtis Martin Ahman Green Deuce McAllister Samkon Gado Thomas Jones Chris Brown Travis Henry Fred Taylor Priest Holmes Kevin Barlow Marion Barber Ron Dayne Mike Anderson DeAngelo Williams Lendale White Joseph Addai Laurence Maroney (maybe gone as the #7 pick is protecting Dillon) Like I said not much to choose from but help me out if you can. I think the safest way to go here would be Taylor / Jones as they have the schedule to really produce. Of course Drew is in the picture now so even this theory is scary. He would be a good pick out of that lot...probably the safest of all of them even though Benson figures to cut into his numbers some. Steeltown D Posted June 20, 2006 Share Posted June 20, 2006 I think the Brown /White handcuff is your best bet this year and gives big potential next year as well. Is Dominic Rhodes not avaliable?
