billay Posted June 23, 2006 Share Posted June 23, 2006 Did anybody listen to her just now? Good stuff on her views on the growing outcry against "judicial activism" Podcasts available @ drshow.org. I highly reccomend it. I used to think that her departure from the SC didn't have any positive aspects, but if she is going to have an increased public presence, that could be just as valuable as having her in the high court.
