T_bone65 Posted June 27, 2006 Share Posted June 27, 2006 Well, we won our first match on Saturday pretty easily and had to come back on Sunday at 12:00 and if we won we played in the finals at 6:00. We won our first match on Sunday and had to play another team from our same pool hall at 6:00. The tourn'y started with 55 teams from the state of MD, out of those 55 teams 7 came from our little pool hall in Frederick. Out of the team 10 teams in the finals Sunday night 5 of the teams were from our pool hall, 4 qualified and we didn't as we lost to a team from our place. It came down to the last match, but our best shooter couldn't play because he was also on the team we were playing so he and another player couldn't play for either team. So, now we go back on July 9th at 6:00 which works out for both me and our captain since his daughters wedding is on the 8th and so is my daughters b-day.
