PantherDave
However, it appears that the #3 spot at WR may not be that much of a competition in Carolina. Fox and Henning are very impressed with Carter this summer and he has added size and strength without losing that blazing speed. Colbert is a possesion WR ala Key and most likely will back Key up as the #4 WR with the departure of Prohel. So, with Smitty and Key at the 1 and 2 with Carter as the 3 to strecth the feild or just flat motor by the DB's. It's not said and done but that's my take with TC looming, and make no mistake, Fox just loves this guy-it should be fun to watch.
Avernus
I concur with what you're saying about Carter....I liked this kid as last season was winding down...and made sure to keep an eye on him heading into the 06 season.... of course...I wasn't counting on the Panthers to sign Keyshawn and push him to #3....but I still think he's worth keeping an eye on... Chief Dick
Carter still will not be a viable fantasy producer. That offense is Smith. And maybe a little running game, but who knows what really happens there.

Didn't see Colbert play much last season did ya? Don't worry, neither did I, as your possesion WR has to catch the fuggin ball!!!!

Yeah, Keyshawn will catch the ball. Carter should be the player for the future, but they do need someone opposite Smith who does. Colbert didn't do that last year.
