Steelhead
12 team 2 keeper league. Here the are RBs and WRs that are already gone RBs - LJ, LT, Alexander, Portis, Edge, Cadillac, , Ronnie Brown, Lamont Jordan, D Davis, Steven Jackson, Droughns, McGahee, Dillon, Benson, and Fast Willie Parker WRs - Holt, CJ, TO, Steve Smith, Harrison, Boldin My keepers are Harrison and Boldin I draft 11th and the guy in the 10th spot has Alexander and Portis as keepers. I am going to have squat at RB at 1.11, so I am trying to package one of my WRs and draft pick for Portis. Is Harrison or Boldin plus my 2nd pick too much? I would then start the draft with Portis and either Harrison or Boldin, draft Taylor/Lewis/Dunn or Addai with my 1.11 . Then pick up RB3 and WR2 with my 3.11 and 4.02. So after 4 rounds I would have a top 5 WR and RB, a Tier 3 RB2 and WR2.
Ralph Furley
I think your offer would get the deal done, but I'd be a little nervous giving up my second round pick to do it. Maybe a third or fourth rounder would be better IMO.
SpinalTapp
I agree with Ralph..... I would move one of the WR + a third or fourth rounder for Portis. A second feels like piling on.
Men In Tights
If I had Portis I wouldn't make that trade for a lower pick. I would consider a 2nd, but not sure I could pull the trigger. I would say hold pat and don't do anything desperate. Wait until you draft and hope like heck Kevin Jones falls to you.
big ben roth
Seeing its a keeper league I would give up Harrison he still does produce but he'll be 35 next year and with edge in Arizona to help out the offense I think Boldin would be a better choice to keep
Steelhead
I think a 3rd or 4th is fair too, but this guy is hard to deal with. Hell he might even say a 2nd pick is not enough! I may not do this deal and just trade my 1st and 3rd to move up to the 4th spot and draft Westbrook instead.
